All wedding packages (excluding the Minimalist Package) come with a FREE engagement session or boudoir session!
Cancellation Policy
I am so happy you chose Dawn Webster Photography! To successfully book your session, there are a few important details to note and agree upon. Booking & Payment A non-refundable retainer fee of $200 is required to secure your session date. This retainer is applied toward your total session cost. In the case that the session you are purchasing is under $200, the entire session must be paid in full when booking to secure the spot. The remaining balance is due one week before your scheduled session. Mini sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to hold your spot. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, you must notify me at least 48 hours in advance for your $200 retainer to be transferred to a new date. This does not apply to mini sessions, which cannot be rescheduled (see mini session policy for refund details). No-call, no-shows, or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiting the $200 retainer, and a new retainer will be required to rebook. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, you will be refunded any amount paid beyond the $200 retainer, which remains non-refundable. If a session is canceled within 48 hours or is a no-show, no refund will be given. Weather Policy If weather prevents a quality photo session, I will reschedule your session, and your retainer will be applied to the new date. Mini sessions will either be rescheduled or fully refunded if an alternate date is unavailable. The photographer will determine what qualifies as "bad photography weather." Event Sessions Event sessions require a minimum of one hour and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Even if the photographer is needed for less than an hour, the minimum rate of $300 still applies. Gallery & Image Delivery All final images will be delivered in an online gallery with a print release. Galleries are available for six months. After this period, the images will be permanently deleted from my system. Please download your images promptly. Social Media & Advertising Some images from sessions may be posted on my social media and website for portfolio purposes. If you prefer not to have your images shared, please inform me in writing before your session. By signing this contract and paying your session fee, you are agreeing to these terms. By submitting your payment, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
